Privacy Policy

1. Data Controller

The data controller is Anna Mironova, sole practitioner, hereafter "the Controller". Contact email: anna@annimironova.com.

2. What data is collected

The contact form on annmironova.com collects:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone (optional)
  • Message (optional)
  • Request IP — stored only as a SHA-256 salted hash for abuse prevention

3. Purpose of processing

  • Responding to inquiries submitted through the form
  • Establishing contact for discussion of professional engagement
  • Protection from automated abuse (rate-limiting, captcha)

4. Legal basis

Explicit consent given by the data subject when submitting the form. Submission without the consent checkbox is technically prevented.

5. Storage and retention

Submitted data is retained in the Controller's email mailbox (Yandex Postbox) and in the Controller's Telegram channel for up to 3 years from the last interaction, or until a deletion request is received from the data subject. Technical logs (IP hash, request ID) are retained for no more than 30 days.

6. Third parties

Data is shared with the following processors solely to operate the form:

  • Vercel (United States) — frontend hosting and CDN
  • Yandex Cloud (Russian Federation) — form processing function
  • Yandex Postbox (Russian Federation) — email notification delivery
  • Telegram — secondary notification channel
  • Yandex SmartCaptcha — anti-bot verification of form submissions
  • Vercel Analytics — aggregated, anonymized site usage statistics

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Request confirmation that your data is being processed
  • Request access to your data
  • Request correction, restriction, or deletion of your data
  • Withdraw your consent at any time

8. Cookies and analytics

The site uses Vercel Analytics in cookie-less mode. Vercel Analytics aggregates page views, referrers, and country-level geography without setting any persistent cookies and without tracking individual visitors across sites.

What Vercel Analytics collects

  • Page views (URL, title, referrer)
  • Country-level geolocation derived from IP (not stored)
  • Browser type and operating system

What is NOT collected

  • Session recordings or replays
  • Form field content
  • Cross-site tracking identifiers
  • Personal identifiers

How to opt out

  • Use any standard browser tracking-prevention setting
  • Use private browsing or incognito mode
  • Enable the "Do Not Track" header in your browser — Vercel Analytics honors it

9. Changes to this policy
